Contact support while signed in and identify the account, connected social providers and information you want deleted.
Request by email
Email admin@test.tircacoin.com from the address associated with your account. Include “Data deletion request” in the subject.
Verification
Gaotus may verify identity and account ownership before deleting information to prevent unauthorised requests.
What is removed
Profile information, stored OAuth credentials and non-required account data will be deleted or anonymised. Public posts remain controlled by the social platform and must be removed there separately.
What may be retained
Payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, security and legal records may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational obligations.
Timing
Validated requests are processed within the period required by applicable privacy law. Confirmation will be sent when processing is complete.
