Campaign funding
Campaign payments are reserved for platform fees and approved creator rewards. A campaign that has not been activated or consumed may be eligible for cancellation or release of unused funds.
Consumed services
Platform fees already captured, approved creator rewards, completed promotional work and payment-provider charges are normally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a confirmed platform error.
WooCommerce refunds
Refunds are initiated through the corresponding WooCommerce order. If campaign funds have already been consumed, the request enters manual review and may be partially refundable only.
Creator rewards
Creator rewards may be cancelled before release when proof is rejected, removed, fraudulent or materially inconsistent with the campaign requirements.
How to request a refund
Contact Gaotus with the order number, campaign name, reason and supporting information. Requests should be submitted promptly after the issue is identified.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Provider processing times are outside Gaotus control.
